FRIENDS OF WASHINGTON CROSSING PARK
Explore more than 500 acres of historic land in a Bucks County park where George Washington crossed the Delaware River during the Revolutionary War. The mission of the non-profit Friends of Washington Crossing Park supports programs that preserve the historic site. In 2020 when an in-person event could not be held, our team produced a virtual reenactment video of Washington’s crossing of the Delaware last year. A short documentary about the history of the event is currently being produced, telling the story of this annual Christmas Day tradition.
