A Personalized Experience with 20/20

Prior to the start of the internship, our team strategically defined a series of professional milestones that will equip our interns with the skills and experience necessary to launch their careers into the video production industry upon completion of the summer program. After meeting with each intern individually, we explored specific objectives to tailor their internship to ensure they get the most out of this summer. We look forward to collaborating closely with the interns to ensure these goals are thoroughly met while also adapting new targets throughout the summer months!

Camilla Romero, Post-Production Intern

Education: Temple University, Junior

Camilla is a multifaceted creative with a lifelong passion for art and media. Her diverse interests led her to Temple University, where she embarked on a journey of artistic self-discovery. Working with various mediums, Camilla found her true calling in the world of post-production. Her natural enthusiasm for video editing and graphics has laid a solid foundation for her driven career path. With curiosity and a desire to master the "editing mindset," Camilla is eager to refine her skills and make a significant impact in the field of visual storytelling this summer!

Hobbies: Drawing, goofy song covers, going out with friends, playing Temple’s marching band, karaoke

Gavin Vitale, Production Intern

Education: University of Connecticut, Senior

Gavin thrives when he combines his storytelling capabilities with his remarkable filming and editing skills. After hearing a story, Gavin immediately brainstorms ways he can evoke specific emotions from the audience and inspire connection through video. Since a child, Gavin has shot and edited his own videos through YouTube and continues to grow and master his craft at University of Connecticut. He is thrilled to follow his passion and implement his skills into the 20/20 clientele, boosting company visions and inspiring action.

Hobbies: Baking, hiking, reading, singing, drumming

Tess Massaro, Marketing & Production Intern

Education: Penn State University, Graduate

Through her years at Penn State, Tess has collected an immense amount of experience within entertainment production and content creation. Merging her creative expertise with strategic marketing, she is excited to grow her passions alongside the 20/20 brand while bringing a wealth of experience with her. She will be closely working alongside our Director of Business Development to help market our services to new and existing clients, while also accompanying our production team on various shoots.

Hobbies: Podcasting, surfing, reading, traveling, cooking

Most eager to learn: “I am excited to grow my concrete production foundation while learning how to strategically appeal to varying audiences to successfully boost any company’s content.”
